The information is sent to the contact information provided during booking, including the contact number for your driver. If you booked for someone else, it goes to the contact details you gave for that traveler.
Steps
- Keep the phone and email you used at booking handy before your travel day.
- Look for our message with pickup instructions and your driver’s contact number.
- If your trip is close and you have not received it, contact our Customer Care team.
