All trip details, including driver information and pickup instructions, are sent to the contact information provided during booking. Our Customer Care team can also help coordinate communications.

2. Add any special instructions for the traveler.
3. Make sure the traveler’s phone and email are correct so they receive pickup instructions and driver information.
